Our AI models are trained on sales call data and provide high-quality insights. However, AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated. We use multiple AI models (GPT-4o-mini and Claude Sonnet) for consensus on critical classifications.
Yes, you can export your call transcripts, analytics, and notes. Contact support if you need assistance with bulk exports or data portability.
Workspace owners and admins can manage team members, roles, and permissions in Settings → Workspaces. You can invite members, assign roles (owner, admin, analyst, seller, viewer), and manage access controls.
We support common audio formats including MP3, WAV, M4A, and other formats supported by AssemblyAI. For best results, use high-quality recordings with clear audio.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and role-based access controls. All data is stored securely in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. This will permanently delete your account and associated data, subject to our data retention policies. Contact support if you need assistance.
