Automatic Sync: Once connected, SalesAstro periodically syncs your Zoom recordings. New recordings will appear in your Calls list shortly after they become available.
Webhook Processing: You can optionally enable Zoom webhooks for faster imports. Even without webhooks, scheduled polling keeps integrations up to date.
Deduplication: If you upload a call manually that was already synced from Zoom, our system will automatically detect and prevent duplicates based on meeting metadata.

Important Notes:
Connect your GoHighLevel account via OAuth to sync call recordings. Go to Settings → Integrations → GoHighLevel → Connect and complete the authorization flow.
Connect HubSpot via OAuth. HubSpot call engagements will sync into SalesAstro for transcription and analysis.
Connect Pipedrive via OAuth. Pipedrive call logs with recordings will sync into SalesAstro for analysis.
