Overview

More than just a replay

The Call Details page isn't just a media player—it's a workspace. It's where you turn raw conversation into actionable data. Whether you're a rep self-correcting or a manager coaching, this is where the work happens.

We've designed it to be keyboard-first and lightning fast, so you can fly through reviews without touching your mouse.

The Player & Waveform

Visualize the conversation

At the top of the page, you'll see the audio player and our signature waveform. The waveform isn't just eye candy—it visualizes the volume and flow of the conversation.

  • Peaks and Valleys: Spot loud excitement or quiet listening moments instantly.
  • Silence Detection: Flat lines indicate silence. Great for finding where you paused to think or let the customer speak.
  • Interactive Scrubbing: Click anywhere on the waveform to jump exactly to that second.

Transcript & Search

Read, search, and jump

On the left (or center, depending on your view), you have the full transcript. It's synced perfectly with the audio.

  • Follow Along: The active text highlights in blue as the audio plays.
  • Click to Play: Click any word to jump the audio to that exact moment.
  • Speaker Diarization: We automatically separate speakers (e.g., "Speaker 1", "Speaker 2"). You can rename them to "You" and "Prospect" for clarity.
  • Search: Use Cmd/Ctrl + F to find keywords like "price", "competitor", or "contract".

Keyboard Shortcuts

Review like a pro

Keep your hands on the keyboard to speed up your workflow. Here are the essentials:

Playback

  • Space Play / Pause
  • / Seek 5s
  • J Back 10s
  • K Forward 10s
  • L Forward 30s

Actions

  • N Add Note at current time
  • B Add Bookmark
  • M Mute/Unmute

Notes & Bookmarks

Annotate the key moments

Don't rely on memory. Mark the tape.

  • Notes: Press N or click a timestamp to open the note input. Write your feedback or observation, and it stays pinned to that second.
  • Bookmarks: Press B to drop a color-coded marker. Use these for stages like "Discovery", "Demo", or "Objection Handling".

Pro Tip

Use bookmarks to visualize the structure of your call. A healthy call usually has a mix of colors representing different stages, rather than one long block of "Pitching".

Team Chat

Contextual discussion

Every call has its own dedicated chat room. This is different from general DMs. Use the Chat tab in the sidebar to discuss the call as a whole.

Mention teammates with @name to bring them into the conversation. They'll get a notification linking directly to this call.

Sharing & Permissions

Spread the knowledge

Found a great example of objection handling? Share it.

  1. Click the Share button in the header.
  2. Type a name or email.
  3. Select permissions:
    • View: Can watch and read only.
    • Comment: Can add notes and chat.
    • Edit: Can change title, tags, and delete the call.
