Mark the tape
Great coaching isn't about saying "good job" at the end of a call. It's about pointing to a specific moment—minute 12:45—and saying "This question changed the trajectory of the deal."
SalesAstro gives you two tools for this: Notes for text feedback, and Bookmarks for categorizing moments.
Specific, actionable feedback
Notes are anchored to the exact second in the call. When someone clicks your note, the player jumps to that moment.
The note dialog will appear. Type your thought and press Enter to save.
Coaching Tip
Use the @mention feature in notes (coming soon) to notify specific team members about a moment.
Color-code your conversation
Bookmarks are like highlighters for your audio. They help you visualize the structure of the call.
