Overview

Your call library, organized

As your team grows, your library of calls will explode. Finding that one "perfect objection handle" or "terrible demo" becomes impossible without tools.

The Calls page is built to handle thousands of recordings. By using filters, you can narrow down 1,000 calls to the 5 that matter in seconds.

Available Filters

Drill down with precision

Click the Filter button to reveal the controls. You can mix and match any of these:

🏆 Outcome

Filter by the result of the call.

  • All: Everything.
  • Not Set: Calls that need triage.
  • Specific Outcomes: "Booked Meeting", "Closed Won", "Lost", etc. (color-coded).

🏢 Team

Filter by organization or workspace.

  • Default: Your personal workspace.
  • Specific Teams: See calls from a specific sales team or department.

📅 Date Range

Focus on a specific time period.

  • From/To: Select start and end dates. Great for "Last Week's Demos" or "Q4 Reviews".

⏱️ Duration

Filter by call length in minutes.

  • Min/Max: e.g., "Show me calls > 30 mins" to find full demos, or "< 5 mins" to find quick connects.

🏷️ Tags

The most flexible filter. Select multiple tags to find specific themes.

Example: Select "Competitor: X" AND "Pricing Objection" to see how your team handles pricing against that specific competitor.

Filtering Strategies

Recipes for success

For Managers: The "Monday Morning Review"

Filter by Date: Last Week + Outcome: Lost + Duration: > 20 mins.
Why: Find long calls that didn't result in a win. These are high-leverage coaching opportunities.

For Reps: The "Game Tape" Study

Filter by Outcome: Won + Tag: [Specific Product].
Why: Listen to successful pitches for a specific product to learn what's working.

For Ops: The "Data Hygiene" Check

Filter by Outcome: Not Set.
Why: Find calls that haven't been dispositioned and ensure your CRM data is clean.
