Overview

Sales is a marathon run in daily sprints. The End of Day (EOD) Report is your daily finish line.

It's a simple table where you log your key metrics: calls made, meetings booked, and notes on your progress.

Creating a Report

  1. Navigate: Go to Reports > End of Day.
  2. Select Date: It defaults to today, but you can select a past date if you missed one.
  3. Fill Data: Enter your numbers in the "TODAY" row.
  4. Add Notes: Use the Notes column to add context (e.g., "Low call volume due to internal training").
  5. Submit: Click Submit to finalize your report.

Status Indicators

  • Draft: Only visible to you.
  • Submitted: Visible to manager.
  • Edited: Submitted, then changed.

Customizing Columns

Your report should fit your workflow. You can change what you track.

  1. Click the Customize button (settings icon).
  2. Add Column: Create new fields for metrics specific to you (e.g., "LinkedIn DMs").
  3. Reorder: Drag and drop columns to match your preference.
  4. Hide: Remove clutter by hiding columns you don't use.

Note: Your column layout is saved to your user profile, so it will be there tomorrow.

History

Below the entry form, you'll see a history of your past submissions.

This is great for spotting trends. Are your call numbers dipping on Fridays? Is your "Meetings Booked" metric trending up? The history table tells the story.
